Frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. How often we text depends on your move and how much back-and-forth we have. If you ask for an estimate and don't reply, we will send at most three follow-up messages and then stop.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation, and we will not text that number again. Our system enforces this automatically, so no further automated message can be sent to a number that has opted out.

You can also ask us to stop in plain language — "stop texting me", "remove me" — and we will treat that the same way.
